Refund policy

Thank you for your business! We appreciate you shopping with us. As you are purchasing pre-owned clothing, please be aware of our return policy.

All sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any items. We include descriptions and photos of each item, noting any flaws or signs of wear. Please review all information carefully and ask any questions you may have before making a purchase.

If you received an item different from the one you ordered, please send us an email to orders@everyinch.ca within 3 business days of receiving the incorrect order and include the following information: 1). your order number,  2). a description of the incorrect item, and 3). a photograph of the incorrect item.

We will ensure that you receive the correct item, or we will refund the purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect item, which should not be worn, and should include original sales tags.
