Our Quality Promise

At Every Inch Sustainable Fashion, we curate high quality pre-owned pieces to give them a new life. Because our inventory is unique, we have tailored our return policy to keep our prices fair and our footprint small.

1. Finding Your Perfect Fit

Since vintage and pre-owned sizing can vary significantly, we provide detailed measurements for every item and the measurements of our mannequin. We highly recommend comparing these to a favourite garment you already own before purchasing.

2. Our Return Policy

If your item arrives and it’s not quite what you expected, we offer Store Credit for returns:

• Please email us at info@everyinch.ca within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all sales tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once received and inspected, we will issue a digital gift card for the full purchase price (excluding original shipping).

3. Re-Sell Your Find

If an item doesn't fit quite right and you would rather not deal with shipping, many of our customers have great success re-selling their finds on peer-to-peer marketplaces. Our high-quality curated pieces tend to hold their value well!

4. Our Mistake? We’ll Fix It.

If we missed a significant flaw or sent the wrong item, we want to make it right. Contact us at info@everyinch.ca within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund to your original payment method.
